Greetings to you souls presently of the Earth civilisation, I wish to introduce myself, I am Akina of the Pleiades. I have been asked to share my wisdom and consciousness with you while connecting you on a deeper level with the Pleiadian energy vibration and truth. It is my purpose to make you aware of an opportunity of transformation dawning for the Earth from the stars and especially the Pleiadian at this time. First allow me to introduce myself.

I, Akina, am a soul who has predominantly existed within the Pleiadian civilisation; I cannot remember any other connections or existences that were not associated with the Pleiadian energy before my current reality. I therefore believe I am a Pleiadian. I am currently acting in a position of communication with other star systems and planets. It is my purpose to scan the universe as if scanning the sky for shifts in energy calculating and accessing how these shifts will influence the universe and all who inhabit the universe.

My skills are observation and awareness, as I decipher the alterations in the universe’s energy and how this could assist and aid ascension. In truth I am aware I am observing the Creator and the transmissions that come forth from the Creator, but these transmissions can take many forms, structures and influences as they move through the many dimensions and levels of the Creator’s universe.

With my discoveries, it is my purpose to connect with those who are receptive, sharing the information so they may benefit from the energetic shifts, thus preparing the universe to receive the vibrations of the Creator when they unfold from the source and core energy.

As a civilisation, we the Pleiadians are mastering the balance between technology and the spiritual intuition, using both to gain a stronger understanding of the Creator and the way in which our reality works. We do not say that this is an appropriate way to live but balance of any form is necessary and our technology is born from spiritual expansion and awareness, so has a higher purpose within our civilisation. It is important I share this information with you as your civilisation is and is wishing to move into a state of balance between the importance of technology and the spiritual beingness of intuition.

If you feel as if technology has a high priority within your reality then I ask you to set down your technology if only for a moment and connect into your heart and soul through your breathing. With focus upon your breathing and the love within you, there is an opportunity for you to recognise and realise the power and strength of the divine presence within you, including your sacred abilities.

Much of your technology has a purpose which may allow you to move through your reality with greater ease, but most of what you achieve with your technology you can achieve independently with your inner abilities. With the practice of taking time to connect inwardly you can ask yourself and soul to activate and manifest abilities from within your being that would equal the technology you use, remaining aligned with your divine purpose and the will of the Creator. It is an interesting practice because often you will place more trust and faith in the technology and less in your own abilities and insight.

This perspective needs to be transformed in order for you to withdraw your power from the technology around you empowering yourself and you could say the technology within you. With time, awareness, observation and empowerment, you may realise you do not need some forms of technology any longer. For example, you may not need a phone because you may have developed telepathic transmission or travelling through energetic dimensions.

I encourage you to take time to observe the use and purpose of the technology around you, exploring how you can develop the same skills within you or even just recognising and believing it is possible. The recognition or the simple contemplation of this idea can empower you on many levels of your being.

The energetic shift I wish to speak of with you today is more local to me and is a transmission of light flowing from the Pleiadian core centre essence. The light which has been activated due to a shift in the higher dimensions of the Creator’s universe has influenced and activated a Metamorphosis Light to transmit from our core.

This energy has emanated in the past and created a powerful experience of transformation within many where many aspects and levels of their being transformed completely, developing into the next stage of their existence and spiritual awareness. Already it is transforming our reality and civilisation within the Pleiades but as aware beings of light you have the opportunity if you so choose to connect into this transmission of light benefiting from its helpful and powerful vibration of altering, changing and transforming energies.

The Metamorphosis Light is often transmitted as a deep pink violet light, which can penetrate all forms and manifestations of energy especially solid vibrations. You could imagine it as a powerful cleanser and purifier while also holding the ability of drastically altering, changing and transforming energies moving them into the next stage of their cycle. This can only be achieved with the acceptance and divine will of the Creator as well as the specific intentions of the individual accessing and working with the Metamorphosis Light.

The light can assist you in activating or kick starting processes within your being such as regeneration, rejuvenation, altering negativity into positivity, releasing old energetic patterns or setting yourself free from limitations. A strong intention and focus must be placed upon that which you wish the Metamorphosis Light to penetrate and that which you wish it to alter into. The Metamorphosis Light can only be used for energies within your being, such as thoughts, emotions, perspectives, creations, blockages, upgrades or activations.

It is my wish to guide you in a general experience of the Metamorphosis Light for your experience and later exploration.

Allow yourself to sit peacefully and to gain a meditative state through your breathing.

Say out loud, ‘I call upon my guides and angels to be present, supporting and protecting me now. I call upon the special support and protection of Archangel Michael and the assistance of Archangel Metatron to oversee this process. It is my wish to invite the divine will of the Creator as a stream of light to flow into and through my entire being ensuring that all I achieve is aligned with the divine will of the Creator.’

(Allow time for these energies to settle around you, connecting into your energies more fully.)

‘Akina of the Pleiades, I call upon your energies to be present with me as I state my intentions and focus. It is my wish to activate the natural regeneration energy of my being and physical body through dissolving the belief of ageing, withering and decaying of my body. Let my physical body experience vitality and constant life force energy experiencing health, vitality and strength.

It is my wish to transform all negative energies, perspectives, blockages, limitations, barriers, suffering and self-sabotage into to high vibrational positive vibrations and experiences of love and light.

It is my intention and affirmation to experience a complete transformation within my entire energetic and physical body systems to become aligned with the Creator more fully, experiencing Creator love, Creator consciousness and Creator light with awareness within my current manifestation. I detach from any attachments of wishing to control the transformation as I know I am overseen by the divine will of the Creator.

In this moment I surrender allowing myself to be carried forth to the next stage of my spiritual awakening, remembrance and ascension, completing a cycle and entering into greater enlightenment and illumination. I know that this process and the manifestations of the process will be easy, perfect and divinely appropriate.

With my intention and focus stated I now invoke the Metamorphosis Light to emit from the core of the Pleiades penetrating my entire being with appropriate vibrations and intensity. Gently work with me to bring forth the most appropriate Metamorphosis Light to achieve an uplifting Metamorphosis experience within my being and ascension process. Thank you.’

(Take time to imagine the light beaming down upon you as you inhale it deep into every aspect of your being until it is circulating and weaving throughout your entire being, holding the focus of pure and divine transformation, activation and metamorphosis within your being as you move to be as one with the Creator.)

In every moment of your reality you are akin to an emerging butterfly, there are so many stages to your ascension, each stage is beautiful and magnificent but can also be created through your intentions and acceptance of the splendour of altering, shifting, changing and transforming. Do not be afraid to embrace new stages and states of your reality and ascension because all are equally beautiful. Take joy in the process of observing the transformations occurring within, even in time of darkness or disconnection, all are beautiful stages of acknowledging yourself and the Creator, in unique forms.

There are always stunning energies emanating from the stars, take time to acknowledge this in meditation, asking to connect into the positive, high vibrational and appropriate frequencies, bathing in their beauty as they anchor into your being and instigate a transformation.

We are the Light Collective and we come to you upon waves of light. Feel the love within your heart that resonates with the frequency of this transmission. Feel the love that you are.

With much eagerness we come to you today, in celebration and recognition of the masses of humanity who are now coming awake. Like the princess locked in her deserted castle, these people are stirring from a long sleep as they have been kissed awake by the cosmic rays penetrating the thorny forest of the matrix surrounding them.

As the frequency of the planet increases, your frequency also rises. If there is resistance, there will be souls who choose to leave. There is no judgment for each soul has its own lessons and own timing.

Have you begun to hear the voiceless voice within your own being, your divine guide that will lead you through the doubts and fears that you might still carry within? Do you trust your body, your intuition, your inner guidance? Do you listen to yourself and the conversations that you experience within? Do you doubt your abilities to discern for yourself as to what to do, what direction you should proceed? Do you still require a plan before you will proceed?

When the limits of your world are expanding, how do you respond? Do you attack those who present new ideas of how to do things? Do you envy those who seem to be more in touch with their center than you are at the moment? Let these things go, dear ones, and allow yourself to be fully where you are now.

Even if you believe in all sincerity that you have just started your journey, we now lovingly remind you that for all of you this is a process of reiteration that you are now embarking upon. All of those who are incarnated upon the planet are masters. We do not share this information as a jest or impossibility, but as a truth that you will begin to recognize for yourself as you proceed to open yourself up to the energies of your higher self and full multidimensionality.

All humans are starseeds. The human race is the creation of many galactic races and as such you carry the seeds of divinity within. All of you are ambassadors for other worlds and dimensions and even Universes, as part of the Multiverse. Your presence here is a sacred journey, even if you do not yet deem it as such.

Whether or not that seed has been activated depends on the frequency levels attained by the individual during any particular lifetime. Each life is a process of moving closer to the Path of Mastery. Some lifetimes are spent learning lessons and undergoing challenges.

As you proceed towards self-awareness and awareness of Self, as the I AM Presence or Christic consciousness that resides within your heart flame, you anchor all the attainment and gifts that you have won through previous incarnations, whether on GAIA or other worlds and dimensions. You are truly the sum of your Wholeness.

Allow yourself to open to the possibility that you are more than a housewife, a mother, a brother, a co-worker and at the same time revel in the revelation that even the most humble soul embodied here carries a divine seed within. Through simplicity, sincerity and humility you can approach the throne of Mother / Father God. It resides within you.

You will find your Mother, as a lovely woman who in a dream graciously hands you a plate of seeds. As you gaze upon her face in wonder, you will see your face reflected in her dark eyes. In the face of your Father, you will see compassion and strength, the protective spirit that guides and informs, yet allows you to grow in your own season.

We are the Light Collective, a gathering of spirit, light beings, ascended masters, angelic beings and elementals, all of whom desire to be of assistance to those who are feeling the first stirrings of growth within, to those who desire to be filled with the transmuting flame of the 7th Ray, with the fullness of the compassion and love of the 3rd of Active Intelligence, with all the Rays of God.

We ask you to sit with self in a quiet place and allow yourself to open up to the 122 rays of God as they stream forth from your Higher Self, and fill your four bodies. Feel the union of masculine mental body and feminine emotional bodies take place as the rays swirl and spiral through your being. Allow the masters and elementals, the healing masters and light beings to work their magic within your temple of living light.

Do you realize that as your frequency rises up so will your understanding grow? This understanding will not always translate into words, but you will suddenly know that you know. It is not necessary to understand from where this wisdom emerges precisely, but know that the knowledge will be there when you are in need and open yourself up to the possibility that you deserve to receive that which you need.

Be open to the awareness that you are more than you seem, as a solitary human living in an unkind world. This is not truth as you are never alone. Even during those darkest moments of isolation and despair, if you but reach out and call upon the angels to assist you, you will discover immediate assistance in the form of a sense of well-being and nurturance. Even if you cannot see the arms that embrace you in compassion, you will feel them.

We are ever with you and wish you to call on us. Surround yourself with the protective energies of Archangel Michael and then call upon the highest energies of heaven to assist you in your endeavors. Know that you are worthy of receiving guidance, and that if though you may not yet be aware of it, you have been receiving guidance before ever you stepped into embodiment.

As you proceed along your journey, you will receive and be able to receive more by being willing to open, to explore and to move beyond the limitations that have been artificially created in the old world paradigm, designed to keep you within bounds and confined in a mental/emotional and sometimes physical enslavement. You have been freed from those binders; now it is up to you to move beyond the walls of fear and anger and step into the love that you are.

Become aware that within each of you exists a unique guidance system. As you connect to that inner beacon, you will find yourself moving and changing in unexpected ways. Allow for flow and abundance to enter your life. Allow for the love that is carried by the cosmic winds to scour your energetic bodies of all astral and karmic debris. Step forth into the light of the new dawn as an entirely new creation, a divine being capable of walking between the worlds and dimensions.

This journey proceeds step by step, as your frequency levels are increased slowly to allow your physical vessel, the temple in which you reside, to adjust and adapt. You will feel, to various degrees, the aches and pains as the body protests and then realigns to the higher frequency levels. You will find yourself craving different foods, experiences and states of awareness. Allow for the changes to occur and know whatever presents to you in your daily life is there for a reason. Understand that you are not here to be punished but tested to see if you have truly incorporated (brought into your body) all the energies to which you have been exposed.

If you continue to dwell in a place filled with anger, resentment and hate, the Universe will continue to present more of the same to you. We are not advising you to not see what presently exists in your world in the form of suffering, despair, destitution, destruction and division, but know that those things are not what your Mother/Father God desires for you.

However, you are the only one who can decide to lift yourself up out of the pit of despair and to embrace the at-one-ment that God desires for all of His children. You must reach out and allow spirit to enter within to activate the fire on the altar. You must realize that you are co-Creator with your own divine flame and have come here to overcome all previous timelines when you thought that you were not worthy of love and turned away from those who love you unconditionally.

You have not been forgotten or abandoned. You chose to come here, to experience all the extremes of duality on a free-will planet. You have come here so that your soul could grow faster than would ever be possible on a planet where all exist in harmony and Oneness. You have come here to be challenged and stretched beyond anything that you ever imagined possible and so it has come about. You have succeeded in educating your home worlds of the possibilities that exist when there is some duality in experience. And now some of you are ready to return to your worlds as teachers and leaders and so it will be but not before humanity as a whole ascends, here and now.

Ascension is really de-ascension, where the energies of the Higher Self are downloaded and allowed to be incorporated into the four lower bodies, which in turn, become one activated light body of great power and beauty. This is not a process that can occur overnight. And for some, it is not a process that will be completed in this lifetime or even the next. However, there are those who are the frontrunners of humanity who will lead human awareness to greater heights in this lifetime and those who will return in bodies more suitable to carry the higher vibrations, who will return in future lives.

Whatever you have been promised, know that you are the one who will do the work of grounding heaven on earth. Ascension will not just “happen” to you; mastery is a course of many lifetimes. Some of those who are embodied now, have been preparing for these times for many incarnations. Not all are prepared to let go of their daily existence and leave all that they know behind them. However, those who hear the call within will be prepared and will respond because they must; it is their will to do so and they respond to the call of their own Soul.

Do not despair if you do not hear the inner music of the soul reverberating through your heartstrings. It is there nonetheless; it is real and you will hear it when you are ready and open. Do what you can to release fear and the expectations placed upon you by others. Do what you can to respond to your intuition. Become aware of the beauty that surrounds you. A world of great beauty, abundance and grace already exists, even on this planet.

Are you ready to embrace the possibility that you deserve love and are capable of sharing that love with all that you see and experience in life. Can you love the darkest part of yourself that you can imagine within? Can you love the lost child that each adult has left behind? Can you love the homeless man who sleeps on the grate in the cold night? Can you embrace those who seek to destroy you and your world? Are you ready to step into the light and be shown by the angels what you have been and have done? Are you willing to let go of self-judgment and the judgment of others and to embrace your connection to all life? Are you willing to love yourself? Are you willing to feel that you are capable of great things?

Step forth into the light of your Higher Self and know that you are love. Know that you will continue to experience challenges and tests along the way. It is how you choose to react or not to those challenges that will determine whether or not you are capable of carrying and holding more light. And as you accept the challenges as opportunities so shall your light expand so that you become a beacon for those who come behind you.

Ascension is not a race, so it is wise not to compare yourself to others. Each of you will approach your path in your own unique fashion. Some of you will want to use others as guides. Still others will prefer to undergo the testing and steps on their own, seeking the guidance that resides within. As you open to the energies and fiery tests of ascension you will naturally come into resonance with those who are at a similar level. Never expect your journey to match that of another; it will never be so as you are a unique, one of a kind facet of the Diamond Mind of God, and as such your journey is your own, but you can share and come together with those who also feel the fires grow within.

And you will eventually or all in a moment of revelation come into an awareness of the sacred and interconnectedness of all life, whether human or animal, plant or the planet itself. Whether the stars, the moon, the sun and the galaxy beyond, all is connected by the great quantum Web of Life; the dark matter that is the Mother binds all together, and you will feel it when you are ready.

Our words that emerge from the braiding of our energies with that of our scribe are simply meant to be guideposts on the path to your mastery. You will be the one to walk that Path. You are all at different levels of awareness; it is as you all agreed it would be before you came into this plane of existence. You all know each other and at some point you will know this in your heart.

We know all of you by name and by your frequency signature. You are followed by your guides and angels. Call upon them in need and even in those moments that you deem less than sublime, when you are washing the dishes, working in the garden, doing the laundry; we are with you as your constant companions, along for the journey. And some day we will walk together under the shining rays of your solar body, side by side, laughing and sharing our companionship with you all.

We end this now, but know that we are ever present on the edge of your awareness. We wait upon you to invite us in so that we might become better acquainted in the now moment.

And greetings, we are the Council of Angels, Archangel Michael and the Pleiadian Council. We wish to speak to you this evening of another higher dimensional technology, FREE ENERGY. Free energy utilizes and harnesses the inherent co-creative energy of the Creator Source which is energy that permeates everything and All That Is. It is the Creative Energy of Universes, Multiverses, Galaxies, Planets, Beings, the energy that propels, creates, gives life to, and animates everything.

This energy allows your Planet, Mother Earth Gaia to be suspended in space…..it allows the Sun to beam forth its tremendous power and energy….it gives life to your being and your lower dimensional body on Earth as well as your Higher Dimensional Multidimensional Being which lives in the higher dimensions. We of the Pleiadian civilizations have learned over eons of time how to harness this power of the Source Creator of All That Is.

This Free Energy propels our ships and allows us to travel to your atmosphere to be near your civilization, in tune with you and your energy harmonics. As this channel is not versed in scientific formulas or physics, we will not attempt to have her translate the complex mathematical and physics-based algorithms used to harness free energy and propel our ships, but suffice it to say that we figured out the formulas long ago and we have also been able to, as many higher dimensional societies have, create computers that are operated via our Consciousness.

These computers respond to our telepathic commands and in turn operate the mechanical aspects of our ships which are based on free energy concepts. This is one of the technologies we wish to share with you as a gift during our Homecoming which we spoke of in one of our previous communiques through this message-bringer Goldenlight.

We would like to express that the channel has desired to remove the verb or term “channeling” from her vocabulary due to negative connotations in the “lightworker” (another word she does not subscribe to) community. She does not wish to be categorized into a group of beings who seem to be not always looked upon with respect and integrity. Goldenlight has a pre-birth contract to bring forth higher dimensional messages for humanity during this life on earth, it is as simple as that. She connected in with this pre-birth agreement one year ago and has been bringing forth higher dimensional messages since that time.

She has a tie with the archangelic realm and the Pleiadian realm due to her soul originally being birthed into the angelic realm and with subsequent lifetimes being spent mostly in the Pleiades. She spent many lives with us living in the higher dimensions and agreed to descend into a much denser form into this “present” (we put it in quotes as we are outside of time in the higher dimensions) lifetime. She wanted to experience the thrill of re-connecting in with the higher dimensions and re-connecting in with her higher self and multidimensional self and council of angels after being in a state of amnesia in a human body in old 3D earth. So this then has been her experience and she is now re-connected back in with us, her original Pleiadian family and Council of Angels and with her higher self and multidimensional self.

So back to our higher dimensional free energy technology. This technology is used widely and commonly amongst all higher dimensional civilizations. Now keep in mind there are many other star nations surrounding your earth at this time and of course existing in a higher frequency vibration so that your astronauts or telescopes mostly cannot see us unless we lower our vibration a bit, which we do not like to do for long periods of time for safety reasons. Many of you on Earth now are raising your frequency and vibration out of necessity to harmonize with these higher frequencies which are within and surrounding your earth at this time.

So this raising of your vibration is necessary in order to remain on earth. So as you then continue to raise your vibration you will be closer to being able to see us and indeed that is why it appears that there are more “UFO” sightings now, is that you are coming into a higher vibration as a civilization. We are proud of you for this and we have great respect for any being that has agreed to be on earth during this challenging yet exciting time in the history of your planet.

So today we simply wanted to express to you that this free energy technology which we will be offering as a gift to humanity during our Homecoming Visits will change your civilizations completely and utterly. This, along with unlimited prosperity and abundance, will transform your earth, its peoples, and will assist dear Gaia as well, for keep in mind you are living upon her body, and she wishes for the surface (as well as the interior) populations to be happy and joyful. This in turn makes her joyful as it is her greatest wish for you to enjoy your experience upon Her. Please always remember that your planet (and indeed all planets are) is a sentient being who is in her own kind of service to host the beings upon her.

It took many years of great destruction of her body to almost completely annihilate her. This trend will reverse quickly in the future, for she cannot sustain the continued assaults upon her well-being. She would have died as a planet had it not been for outside help. This would have sent shockwaves to, and gravely affected the structure of, the entire Universe and therefore the rescue plan for the upshifting in frequency of All That Is that was enacted by Source Creator many many eons ago was put into place. Many of the starseeds who came to this planet during this time were aware before birth that this was the plan and agreed to come here to assist with this Plan.

There are many other higher dimensional technologies that will be brought from other star nations and which will be re-awakened on your planet from previous Golden Ages such as Atlantis and Lemuria. Many of the crystalline technologies used in Atlantis will be returning to your planet, only to be used for the highest good of the All this time around. The Atlantean technologies which were misdirected and used for negative purposes and which brought down the civilization of Atlantis and Lemuria will not be returning to the Earth this time, due to the energetic locks put in place for their re-emergence. This code was written into the demise of that civilization to be reawakened during the time of their rediscovery, so that safeguards would be in place during their re-emergence. Many of the high priests of the time are incarnated on your planet earth in the Now time and will be the overseers of these safeguarding codes.

The arrival of free technology combined with unlimited prosperity will transform Gaia’s body and your societies. You will move from an oil-drilling civilization (boring holes into mother earth’s body to remove her life blood, something that damages her greatly) dependent on oil for energy and which fuels your financial worlds, into a civilization that uses the free energy available to All through the advanced technology we and other star nations will be sharing with you.

The focus of life will shift from being dominated by global cabalistic powers controlling world financial markets into a society without borders that shares all resources interchangeably and wherein your society functions as One unified whole, wherein each being has above and beyond their basic survival needs met, above and beyond so that there is plenty of time to enjoy life. This is the sovereignity and abundance all were meant to share on earth originally before the original plan went askew.

This is how we function in the higher dimensions, as One unified whole working towards the Good of All. All beings on Planet Earth should be and will be enjoying life to the fullest, a luxury that will previously have been only for the elite. That time is coming to a close and a new era harkens on the horizon. We share these concepts with you so that you may embrace them fully and begin to co-create this new era, this new Golden Era of Enlightenment. Imagine yourself living in this society. Free energy propels all. Indebtedness to corporations for daily living is a thing of the past.

Cooperation and goodwill towards All are the hallmarks of a higher dimensional society. Struggling to survive is an outdated modality that will be transformed into sovereignity, release from enslavement, and a broadening of the human mind and human being into a most joyous expression for all of mankind and all beings and all living things upon the planet. The entire frequency of everything, including you as spiritual beings having human experiences, and indeed the actual structure of the human form from carbon-based to crystalline, is being raised to a higher frequency to transform your world.

Greetings we are the Council of Angels, Archangel Michael and the Pleiadian Council.

We wish to speak to you of the Pleiadian Technologies, and high technologies of the other star nations in your universe, that we will be bringing to your societies after our Grand Reunion. These technologies are an incredibly advanced alternative to many of the ways that your society functions; which in many ways are archaic compared to the advanced higher dimensional technologies we use in our dimensions.

The first and most important technology which we will present to you is a healing chamber which the channel has experienced before in a meditation with us. We invite you to connect in with us of the Pleiadian Council at any time to experience this for yourselves. We are able to assist you to heal in one of these light chambers in your own home as we will bring the technology to you.

Keep in mind this will take place initially with your light body and in meditation. The method to connect in with us is to first connect in with your higher self. This is done by closing your eyes, breathing deeply, and being in a quiet space, then saying in your mind “I connect with my Higher Self, please connect with me.” Your higher self is the part of your being that lives in the higher dimensions which is very close to the Creator Source of All.

Your new multidimensional self is a new facet of yourself that is being created from the “merging” of your higher self with your lower self on earth. This, then, forms into your multidimensional being. This is the being that is a part of this ascension process that many of you are going through on earth at this time. So after connecting in with your higher self, it is always a good idea to also connect in with your Multidimensional self which you are in the process of creating in the NOW moment.

To connect with your Multidimensional self is a similar process to connecting in with your higher self. You may get a vision of your Multidimensional self which lives outside of time, living in a new environment. The channel has a vision of this every time she connects in with her higher self she can see things from the viewpoint of her multidimensional self and she is then able to establish a connection between her current “lower self”, her “higher self” and this new Multidimensional Being that she is creating.

You can visit with your multidimensional self at any time and you will find that this is quite beneficial to learning to live outside of time as this is the realm in which your multidimensional self lives, in the higher dimensions outside of time. It is a very freeing feeling to be living outside of time. We, The Pleiadians and all of the other higher dimensional star nations live outside of time as well. This is how we are able to see things that may not yet have occurred in your present “timeline”. We have access to all that is happening simultaneously. You, too, will be able to access this as you continue to grow into your multidimensional self.

So back to connecting with us to assist you in our healing chamber, after you have connected in with your higher self and your multidimensional self, you can then just relax into a space of light and then connect in with us. Or, you may wish to connect in with your original star family which you are all in the process of connecting into and becoming aware of now, as many of the other star nations have healing technology as well. But for now we will speak of connecting in with us if you feel drawn to our energy.

To connect in with us, is the same process as connecting in with your higher self and multidimensional self, simply say “I connect with the Pleiadian Council, please connect with me.” We will then introduce ourselves, those of us who have chosen to show up at that moment for you. We speak from a collective because our higher dimensional societies have a certain protocol of Unity and Oneness in which we function together for the higher good of the whole, for the Good of All. This is why much of your earth world is so foreign to us, for those of us who have never incarnated there; because we cannot conceive of a society that does not function for the Good of All.

Your earthen society is now in the process of moving towards this, and this process is accelerating rapidly as “time” goes on, because the higher frequencies around and within your earth continue to raise in octave levels to be a higher and higher frequency; this is why your bodies often feel like they are “humming” or you may hear a higher frequency sound that seems like it is a ringing in the ears but really it is just your minds bodies and souls connecting into and becoming more and more aware of this higher frequency vibration. It is also a sign that your mind, body and soul are raising in frequency which a large part of your ascension process; the council of angels have described it in the past as a “harmonizing with the higher dimensional frequencies” so this is a similar description.

So, then, after connecting in with us, you will meet those of us who choose to show up for this gathering and you may then ask that we assist you with healing a particular issue that you may have whether it is physical, mental, emotional, or any type of issue that needs to be healed. We will then bring our higher dimensional ships to you; into your etheric space so to speak (you will see us in your mind’s eye in this meditative state you are in but will most likely not “see” us with your physical eyes until your vibrations are raised to a much higher frequency and until first contact has been made with your societies.)

Remember we have also spoken in the past of the method in which we communicate, is telepathy; so therefore this will be how we communicate with you during this meditative healing session. After connecting with us, being introduced to us, and then asking us for assistance with healing, you will then sense or see in your minds eye that we have come into your space. You will feel our unconditional love and harmony surrounding you, and may “see” our ship in a sort of translucent way integrating into the room you are in.

We will then help you to “be” in our light chamber at which time you will feel a sense of loving, caring energy, golden light, and a deep sense of peace, calm and well-being. You may relax now into your healing session. You are in control of this experience. The only way we will come to assist you with this is if you ask, for we cannot and will not interfere with your free will at any time; and come only when asked. Keep in mind this is generally true on the larger scale of things as well, and our Grand Reunion will occur when enough of the earth’s population has asked for this Grand Reunion with your star families; you may connect in with your star families at any time and ask for this reunion to occur.

Many of you are of Pleiadian origin, and many from other star nations. This has been written about elsewhere but we will expand upon this later. Suffice it to say that you will all be coming into a great awareness of your lives beyond this earth life and will begin to resonate with one or more of the many star nations surrounding your earth in ships at this time. Remember we are existing in the higher dimensions (5th and beyond) and therefore you cannot see the extraordinary number of ships which hover just outside, and many times inside, your earth’s atmosphere.

Even Comet ISON is a great flotilla of ships attached to a large mothership; this mothership can change its appearance at any time, disappearing and reappearing at will. This we can do with all of our ships; they are controlled with our consciousness not with simple electronics; they are highly advanced craft which operate on some of our most advanced technologies.

So back to your meditative healing experience; we wish for you to take advantage of this free healing technology which we are now offering you to take part in during your meditations. We can heal you in the etheric realms oftentimes more easily than in your physical realms because many diseases start in the etheric body and trickle down from there. So relax into this beautiful light chamber of healing and enjoy your meditative healing experience in our advanced light chamber. Each person’s experience will be different but all are welcome to enjoy our higher dimensional healing technologies at any time.

We are just a meditative moment away. Enjoy this beautiful light-filled and loving experience! You may wish to keep a journal of your higher self connections, meditations, messages, and of your healing journey and connections with us or with your star family. If you are unclear on your star family origins, begin to tune into your higher self on a frequent basis and begin a dialogue with your higher self. All of the answers are within you, you only have to simply tune into your higher self to receive them. All is Within and your connection to the Source of All, the Great Creator, is also within, for you are a spark or a part of this Source Creator and have all of the abilities of Source Creator, many of which you are unaware of. We will speak of this in a future message.

(Today I woke up with this message inside saying, “Transmuting Emotion.” Since I try to follow up all higher-dimensional inner messages I grabbed my iPad and translated this message from the Arcturians.)

Dear Ones,

Since you perceive and communicate with the higher dimensions of reality through the language of emotion it is important that you gain some mastery over your emotional body. We say “emotional body” because emotions are perceived with your entire physical form. Often you may not be able to put them into words, but it is immediately evident if your emotions are based on Love or fear.

Placing Your Attention

Just as the placement of your attention denotes the communications that you choose to have in your physical world, the attention on your ongoing emotions denotes the communications that you are choosing to have in your higher realities. Emotions are the best indication for your state of consciousness, and you can only communicate with the higher worlds while in a fifth dimensional and beyond consciousness.

Since consciousness and perception are interconnected, if your consciousness is calibrated to the physical world, you will communicate and interact only with the physical world. Then, when you sleep, meditate or dream you have the ability to communicate with the fourth dimensional Astral World. There are many sub-planes within the 4D astral world. The fourth dimensional sub-plane with which you can communicate is again determined by the frequency of your emotion/consciousness.

Unconditional Love is the highest frequency of emotion, yet it is much more than an emotion. Unconditional Love is the highest frequency of Light. However, all emotion is Light because everything is Light. In the third dimension the Light is buried deep in the illusion of matter, and in the fourth dimension Light radiates slightly beyond the illusion of matter.

Consciousness and Emotion

In the fifth dimension and beyond there is NO illusion of matter and ALL these higher realities are expressed via Light images that correspond to the frequency of Light on that dimension. The frequency of Light/reality that you perceive is determined by your state of consciousness, and your state of consciousness is largely determined by your emotions.

The emotion of fear lowers your state of consciousness, whereas the emotion of Love expands your consciousness. In this manner, your emotional body greatly determines your state of consciousness. Furthermore, your consciousness and perceptions are intertwined, as you can only perceive the reality to which your consciousness is calibrated.

Hence, if you have loving emotions you perceive the higher frequencies of your physical reality, but when your emotions are fearful you perceive the underbelly of the physical world. The reality you perceive is the reality with which you communicate. Then, once you communicate with that reality you become involved and “live” that reality.

Do you understand now how the emotions that you hold direct your attention, your communications and the actual reality that you experience as your life? Fortunately, when you love what you do, you become increasing creative, which expands your consciousness into the alpha wave consciousness of the higher fourth dimension.

Conversely, when you dislike what you do, but keep doing it because you are afraid to change, your consciousness lowers into beta wave consciousness, and you only perceive your physical life. Thus, it is important that you fill your life with whatever feels creative to you, as creativity expands your consciousness and gives you a loving feeling.

What You DO

Therefore, what you DO in your life has a huge influence on your emotions and, thus, on your state of consciousness. More and more our Awakening Ones are deciding to take control of their life by making whatever life alterations are necessary to ensure a degree of creativity in their job. They have also been supplementing their life by doing that which they perceive as creative in their time away from work.

These choices greatly transmute baseline emotions from the fear-based emotions of “I must – even though I hate doing it,” into “I am so happy because I love what I am doing.” If you love what you are doing, your consciousness expands into the higher fourth dimension, and you can more easily tap into your innate creativity and higher states of consciousness.

Creating a life based on creativity and Love expands your consciousness into the fifth dimension in which you can more easily communicate with your higher expressions of Self. This communication will assist you to transmute your fearful emotions into loving emotions. The fifth dimension is the baseline of your Multidimensional Self, as your 3D physical and 4D astral bodies are logged into the 3D Game.

When you are communing with your Self, you are connecting with your higher expression of Self who chose to log in to the 3D Video Game. As this relationship with your higher expression Self grows, you will begin to realize that you are not your physical form. Instead you will realize that you are wearing your Earth vessel. It is then that you will begin to realize that YOU are not your body.

The manner that you can best commune with the Multidimensional inner YOU who is wearing your body is via the language of emotion. This inner YOU resonates to the fifth dimension and beyond, which is not based on the separation of your physical world. Therefore, these higher worlds do not have separate words put into separate sentences that are said by separate persons.

5D and Beyond

The fifth dimension and beyond is based on Unity with all life, and is free of time and space. Therefore, when you commune with the higher worlds, you do not hear separate words. Instead of hearing a separate person say “hello,” you feel the emotional message of Love, joy and camaraderie.

When your consciousness resonates to the fifth dimension, you can receive the feeling of Unconditional Love and you will hopefully direct your attention toward the source of that feeling. However, because you are accustomed to only communicating via 3D language, at first you may experience this feeling, but not perceive it as a greeting.

In that case, you may ignore this feeling because you are involved in your busy day, or believe that you cannot stop what you are doing and surrender into this feeling. Fortunately, once you habitually respond to these higher dimensional greetings, you begin to realize that there is a message embedded within that feeling.

Initially, you can only receive this message while your consciousness is calibrated to your higher dimensional theta wave consciousness. However, as you continue to choose to respond to this Multidimensional greeting and calibrate your attention toward that feeling, you will want to remain tuned into that “channel” in order to receive more of these inner messages.

Relationship With Your Self

Once you develop a relationship with your Higher Self, you move into the stage in which you learn/remember how to translate these Light packages delivered via Unconditional Love. This translation can only occur when you are attuned to your higher states of consciousness.

If your consciousness is calibrated to the fear-based emotions of fear, anger, sorrow, guilt, etc. your consciousness will be too low to receive and/or resonate to these higher dimensional messages. Because third dimensional life can be very challenging, it is easy to walk around in a state of fear-based emotions and not even notice it.

However, if you create the habit of taking a second to check in with your emotional state, you may be surprised how often the “habit of fear” predominates over the “habit of Love.” Once you remember to recognize when you have fallen into a fear-based emotion, you can transmute your fear-based emotions by sending yourself Unconditional Love, Unconditional Forgiveness and Unconditional Acceptance.

Of course, your emotions respond to your thoughts, so fear-based thinking creates fear-based emotions. This habit of fearful thinking traps you in a third dimensional state of consciousness, which traps you in the third dimension. Making the appropriate changes in your life will not occur while your emotions are spiraling deeper and deeper into fear, anger, victimization and sorrow.

Fifth Dimensional NOW

Fortunately, the Love-based messages from your higher expressions of Self are constantly being sent to you via the NOW of the fifth dimension and beyond. Therefore, as soon as you can remember to:

• Recognize your fear
• Transmute it into Love
• And remain entrained with your Higher Self

your consciousness expands beyond the third-dimensional illusions of time and into the NOW of the higher worlds.

Once your consciousness is calibrated to the NOW, your attention is focused on the loving feeling from your higher expressions of Self, rather than the fearful communications of the physical reality. At first, you may only be seeking the inner comfort of Unconditional Love. However, as you continue to look inside for the love you need, and DO find it, you will want to fully understand these important messages.

Since you realize that these messages are instructions from your Self to our Self, you will want to translate this message in a manner that best suits your mission for this incarnation. Thus, some of you will translate these messages via words, some via pictures, music, movement, gardening or myriad other fashions.

You may think that you are “just getting more creative,” which is true, but you are also translating your inner higher dimensional messages from Self. If you remain consistent with this experience, you will begin to develop a deep intimacy with your higher Self.

It is this intimacy with your Self that will lead you back home to fifth-dimensional Earth. However, you must keep your “channel Home” open by transmuting your fear to Love. You can transmute these emotions by calling in the Violet Fire by saying,

Blaze, Blaze, Blaze the Violet Fire

Transmuting ALL shadow

Into Light, Light, Light.

The difficult challenge is to remember to release the unconscious habit of living in drudgery and fear-based emotion so that you can consciously and constantly be aware of your emotions.

You are usually aware of your appearance, but your emotions, and the thoughts that have created your appearance are often hidden in the realms of your unconscious mind. Hence, you may complain, “Why don’t I see the higher words?,” while you are totally unaware of the fear-based emotions that are lowering your consciousness. With this lower state of consciousness, the constant loving call from your Self is just below the threshold of your perceptions.

If you are focused on the drudgery of the physical world, you will not be calibrated to receive the Love and Light of the higher worlds. This calibration is done at the level of your daily emotions. YOU are the creator of your reality and the frequency of your reality is based on the emotions that YOU allow to remain in your consciousness.

If you spilled coffee on your new, white couch, wouldn’t you instantly run to clean it up? However, when you “spill” fear, worry, doubt, anger or sorrow on your new white Lightbody, how long do you allow these fear-based emotions to remain in your consciousness?

Do you leave your dirty dishes lying around the house, or do you clear them and wash them in the kitchen? How often to you leave your fear-based emotions lying around your aura, and how often do you transmute them by taking them into the Violet Fire?

Allow yourself to use these simple explanations for clearing fear. Fear is not just your enemy. Fear is your choice. Listen briefly to fear’s message, in case it is a necessary warning. If it is a warning, say thank you, and take care of the issue. If it is not a necessary warning, bask it in the Violet Fire to transmute it into Love.

By refusing to live a reality based on fear,

You choose to create a reality based on Love.
